Refund policy

When purchasing, you agree to pay the fees described in the checkout process and any other charges described in program description. You agree that you will be responsible for the full investment regardless of whether you complete the program. We take credit/debit cards as our only form of payment on the website. If you pay the Fee in installments, all payments will be charged to the credit card listed on the Credit Card Authorization form attached as Exhibit B, and you authorize us to make all charges at the time they are due without separate cpcpauthorization. In the event any payment due under this Agreement is late, your participation in the program will be suspended until payment is made and if your payment is not received within fifteen (15) days, we will turn your account over to collections. If your account is suspended, you will remain responsible for the full Fee, plus any additional charges incurred by us to engage the collections agency. It is your responsibility to maintain a current credit card on file and update your credit card information if your credit card expires during the term of this Agreement.

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

In the event of your absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, you will remain fully responsible for the entire Program investment and any unpaid balance • This refund policy exists for your benefit as well, as coaching is a powerful process and at times, you may feel “up against a wall” or as if something isn’t working. This policy will help you stick through that feeling and allow you to get the most out this program; You’ll be so glad you did • Feeling uncomfortable is often a perfect sign that you are releasing obstacles and limiting beliefs• My request is that any and all concerns regarding programs and coaching be addressed directly with me, so I can be the best coach and mentor to you that I can be, and ensure the coaching relationship is in integrity.
